Job Description

Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Technician to join our team in Woodlands, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-process, release, and stability testing of manufactured products, as well as raw material testing. This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory procedures, GMP regulations, and excellent analytical skills.
 
Key Responsibilities :
1. Conduct testing and analysis using various instrumental methods (Spectrophotometer, HPLC, CGE, ELISA Assays, Gel Electrophoresis, qPCR) and non-instrumental methods (wet chemical methods).
2. Perform 96-Well Plate Analysis Technique (Microtiter Plate) for biofilm formation studies.
3. Maintain and operate laboratory equipment, including spectrophotometers (with weekly performance checks).
4. Ensure compliance with departmental procedures, policies, and GMP regulations.
5. Support performance targets, monitor actual performance, and implement corrective actions (CAPA) as needed.
6. Provide technical support to the manufacturing team for laboratory-related issues and Root Cause investigations.
7. Participate in Process and Equipment Validation projects.
8. Maintain accurate documentation and perform laboratory maintenance tasks.
 
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry).
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Control or laboratory setting.
3. Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, GMP regulations, and analytical techniques.
4. Experience with 96-Well Plate Analysis Technique (Microtiter Plate), Spectrophotometer, HPLC, CGE, and ELISA Assays.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced GMP environment.
